The Marcin Piechocki Law Firm, an Oxford graduate and former Advisor to the Polish Minister of Justice, provides professional services for business and individual clients, including High Worth Net Individuals.
Law is our passion, in particular its operation in an international arena. We specialize in civil law, real estate law, commercial law, company law, international trade, European law, litigation and arbitration.
Due to our knowledge of the Polish market, the firm is especially ready to provide legal assistance in Warsaw and other Polish cities. What distinguishes us, however, is the fact that the borders of our country do not constitute the limits of our Law Firm’s operations. Thanks to the professional experience gained by the members of our Law Firm while working outside our jurisdiction, we are well-versed in foreign legal systems, in particular in English contract law and German law. We are prepared to work for international clients and we understand cultural and legal differences between countries around the world.

One of the foundation stones of the Law Firm of Advocate Marcin Piechocki is his previous experience gained working as a lawyer for Wardyński & Partners law firm and other reputed international law firms in Poland such as Hogan & Hartson Sp.k., Squire Sanders Patton Święcicki Krześniak sp.k., Magnusson, and Richardson & Wspólnicy Sp.k. He was the Adviser to the Minister of Justice and was an adviser to companies listed on the WSE. That commercial experience is enriched by the academic training obtained from egal studies and work experience gained in Poland, Germany, Luxembourg and Great Britain giving above-average knowledge and analytical skills.
